Lviv and Lviv region links and photos
It is my
great pleasure to invite you to Lviv, one of the most beautiful
cities of Europe and the world!
During
5 years I had been living and studying in Lviv. I graduated from
the history faculty, of
the Lviv State University of I.Franko, Ukraine, first degree/B.A. in history. My major was
Ukrainian history and minor Jewish history. I studied there for
1992-1997. So in 1992 I started my independent life having left
my family and moved to Lviv. It was nice to study there, Lviv is
a beautiful city which reminds Budapest, Prague and particularly
Cracow to some extent with architecture since it used to be part
of Austria-Hungary before and later Poland. Thus there is lots of
heritage left since those times. My mother comes from Lviv and
was born there and my grandparents live there just opposite to
the Lviv Opera Theatre. To know more about Lviv check Lviv's
