Venues

Finding a venue to host your production in Budapest is not easy.  At the very least you should have a script ready to turn in upon arrival.  The Merlin Theater is known for its English Language Productions, as is the International Buda Stage.  For a cozy production, try the Kolibri Pince.  When you are ready to step it up, try the Vidám Szinpad.  Of course, there are many theaters in Budapest, but the venues listed below have actually shown willingness to listen.
