Make your own webpage in a few easy steps. During the course you will get familiar with HTML to have a sound understanding of the basics. Then with the help of the DreamWeaver editor you'll put together your own personal or business webpage. Finally we'll upload our pages to the CEU personal pages website.

Day 1

  • Basics of HTML. What code is, what it does, how it is read by browsers.
  • Introduction to theDreamWeaver workspace
  • Page title and page description
  • Site structure
  • Text and formatting (font, types of font, color, style, alignment)
  • Bulleted and numbered lists\
  • Insertion of symbols, lines
  • Backgrounds (colored and picture-based). Background images

Day 2

  • Images
  • Broken images
  • Links: internal links.
  • Images as links
  • Links (continued): external, contact and anchors
  • Tables use in page structure and layout

Day 3

  • Upload your page to
  • FTP
  • Individual practice
